Bueno, antes de nada, Feliz Navidad a todos y un Próspero Año Nuevo :grin:
Estoy un poco cabreado con el mensaje que acabo de recibir de Pixmania... A ver si más o menos me lo podéis traducir:
"Dear valued customer,
On behalf of the entire team of Pixmania I would like to apologise on the late delivery of your order which was supposed to reach your home before Christmas.
The delivery of your shipment has been delayed due to a strike of DHL employees at their European hub in Brussels which started on the 23rd of December at night.
Even-though Pixmania cannot be liable for such event we are extremely concerned by this matter as DHL does represent the reputation of our company to our customer.
We understand that this time of the year is very important for you and your family and that you therefore must feel let down. Please be completely reassured that we have done our best to deliver all shipments in time to your home. This situation is very frustrating for you as you should expect a service level of excellence from us.
I hope that you will be able to forgive us and will realize that we could not have forecast such an unfortunate event to happen.
Most importantly as a commercial gesture I can confirm that your delivery charge will be refunded to you over the next week.
All the Pixmania team would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. "
O lo que creo que es lo mismo: a causa de una huelga de DHL me quedo sin cámara hasta la semana que viene :( ; con las ganas que tenía de tenerla para Navidades...
